En medio del estado de alarma provocado por la pandemia del coronavirus COVID-19 grabamos el trabajo en los campos de la huerta y en los mercados.
Renaixem es un documental sobre la perseverancia de los hombres y las mujeres que distribuyen alimentos frescos a los habitantes de València. Pero también una reflexión sobre la resiliencia de un sistema milenario que se ha demostrado altamente eficiente durante la crisis.
Es una producción del Ayuntamiento de València, a través de la Concejalía de Agricultura, Alimentación Sostenible y Huerta. Con el apoyo del Centro de Innovación Las Naves.
Un corto documental dirigido por David Segarra y Pepe Ábalos. Con banda sonora original de Efrén López.

When the confinement started we asked ourselves: during a quarantine who feeds us?
In the midst of the state of alarm caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic we recorded work in the fields and in the markets.
Renaixem is a documentary about the perseverance of the men and women who distribute fresh food to the people of Valencia. But it is also a reflection on the resilience of an ancient system that has proved highly efficient during the crisis.
It is a production of the City Council of Valencia, through the Department of Agriculture, Sustainable Food and Garden. With the support of the Las Naves Innovation Centre.
A short documentary directed by David Segarra and Pepe Ábalos. With original soundtrack by Efrén López.
